Cluster Leaders

In IdCARE.UI, classes are categorized into several groups based on their contents. We call it “Cluster”, and each cluster has a leader.
There are 5 clusters in IdCARE.UI (Common, Governance, Cyber Forensic, Vulnerable Assessment, Comprehensive Exercises).

Ruki Harwahyu

Common Cluster Leader

Ruki Harwahyu received B.E. degree in computer engineering from Universitas Indonesia (UI), Depok, Indonesia, in 2011; M.E. degree in computer and electronic engineering from UI and National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST), Taipei, Taiwan, in 2013; and Ph.D. degree in electronic and computer engineering from NTUST in 2018. He is currently an Assistant Professor and Head of the Computer Network Laboratory, Department of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, UI. He served as an IT Adviser at the college in 2018; an expert member at UI Greenmetric World University Ranking; and a member of Learning Technology Enhancement Team, Faculty of Engineering, UI. He has obtained certification of IEEE WCP, HCAI, HCNA R&S, CND, CEH Master, CTIA, ECSA, ECSA Practical. As lecturer and researcher, his current research interests include computer and communication networks and Internet of Things (IoT), cyber security, software engineering, and green/sustainable ICT. He serves as a member of editorial board in two reputable international journals in the field of Engineering. He has been involved in organizing several international conferences. He received an Honorary Award from the CTCI Foundation, Taiwan, in 2017.

Dodi Sudiana

Governance Cluster Leader

Dodi Sudiana is an associate professor at the Electrical Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Indonesia (UI). He graduated with an Electrical Engineering Bachelor’s degree from UI in 1990. He got a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Faculty of Science and Technology, Keio University, Japan, in 1996. He holds a Ph.D. in Remote Sensing from the Graduate School of Science and Technology, Chiba University, Japan, in 2005. His current primary teaching and research area includes Remote Sensing, Signal and Image Processing, Multimedia, and Computer Networking. Dr. Dodi is a member of the Institute for Electronics and Electrical Engineers (IEEE) Geoscience and Remote Sensing Society and the Japan Society of Remote Sensing (JSRS). His current research interests include remote sensing, multimedia processing, and machine learning. Dr. Dodi is the cybersecurity governance cluster leader at the id-CARE.UI (Indonesia Center for Cyber Awareness and Resilience) Universitas Indonesia.

I Gde Dharma Nugraha

Comprehensive exercises Cluster Leader

I Gde Dharma Nugraha received his B.E. degree in Electrical Engineering from Universitas Indonesia (UI), Depok, Indonesia, in 2005; M.E. degree in Computer and Electronic Engineering from UI in 2009; and Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Chonnam National University in 2020. He is an Assistant Professor and Head of Planning and IT Policy Division of Directorate System and Information Technology, UI. He has obtained certification of HCIA Cloud Computing, HCNA R&S, AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect Associate, ECC CHFI, ECC ECIH, ECC CEH. Currently, his research are about Internet of Things, Embedded System, Cyber Security, Big Data Architecture and Machine Learning.

Diyanatul Husna

Vulnerability assesment & Pentest Cluster Leader

Diyanatul Husna is currently a lecturer and researcher at Computer Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Indonesia especially in the field of Network and Information Security. She received her B.S. degree in Computer Engineering from Universitas Indonesia, in 2015 and the M.S degree at the same school in 2016. She has lectured on various information technology and cybersecurity topics serving as an Official Instructor for EC-Council, Cisco Networking Academy, Huawei ICT Academy, CompTIA, and Red Hat Academy. She has obtained certification of CCNA R&S, HCNA R&S, CompTIA Security+, CCNA Security, CND, CEH Master, CTIA, ECSA, CHFI, ECIH. Her main research interests include Cybersecurity, Information Security, Big Data and Machine Learning.

Yan Maraden

Cyber Forensic & Malware Analysis Cluster Leader

Yan Maraden joined Computer Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Indonesia, as one of lecturers after completed his dual degrees master program at Universitas Indonesia and Universität Duisburg Essen in 2009. His research area of interest is Cybersecurity, Internet of Things (IoT), Blockchain Technology and Machine Learning. He also has skill and knowledge specialization in Cybersecurity, and currently hold several active certifications from EC-Council (CEH, CEH Practical, CND, CEH Master, ECIH, CHFI) and CompTIA (Security+, CySa, CSAP). He involves in the current running program between Universitas Indonesia (UI) and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) as a cluster leader for Forensic along with other cluster leaders of other areas, with objective to develop, design courses, trainings, and certifications for a curriculum specialized in Cybersecurity.
